Quick congratulations are in order. Uchenna and Joyce have won The Amazing Race 7!

Okay, so it wasn't Rob and Amber. Bummer. But a good team won, so I can't have too many complaints, apart from how an airplane that was supposed to have taken off - the bridge had already been retracted - decided to turn back. That was the key decider, a race-changing moment. Up to that point, it all seemed so certain.

But still, a decent showing from Uchenna and Joyce, who could use the money to go for IVF treatment one last time. They've been a very happy couple though, as have Rob and Amber. Sadly I don't think I can say the same of Ron and Kelly, and much of it is, I think, due to Kelly being in such a big rush to get married.

Still, let's not let that distract us from what has been a sufficiently unusual final leg that caps off a fairly unusual edition of The Amazing Race.
